Starting from a position of STRENGTH & WHOLENESS as we navigate life will provide us with the best opportunity to fulfill our dreams and live a joyful and purposeful life. We know the power of play and games offers the ideal environment for health and development.
New discoveries in science have proven our brains have the remarkable ability to reorganize, adapt, change, and even create new connections - a concept called neuroplasticity. So no matter where you've been or what you've done it's never to improve your wellness and leadership skills.
All of our programs are built around creating a sense of safety and belonging, confidence and courage. Our ultimate goal is to help you discover what lights you up and brings you to life.
Research has shown that individuals work towards the most positive images they have about themselves, yet most people are very clear about what they DON'T want and have a hard time describing what they DO want. Experiences that are engaging, promote exploration and present new and novel challenges activates an area in the brain called the "seeking system". When the seeking system is activated dopamine (the feel better hormone) is release and our emotional intelligence improves.
Students will be learning perseverance and resilience through horsemanship & riding.

OUR PROGRAMS SUPPORT LASTING CHANGE LEVERAGING
Scientifically tested and proven approaches to achieving success!
Campers will be introduced to games that support emotional intelligence through:
-
introducing new emotional vocabulary to express what they are feeling and thinking,
-
developing a growth mindset and communication skills,
-
exploring the use of inquiry and how more generative and open questions can provide opportunities to explore what you love,
-
interactions with horses that build trust, self-control, self-regulation, and resilience,
-
working with teammates to experience effective group dynamics.

Caring for and riding horses provides a unique and fun environment for campers to develop awareness of:
-
how their body language and attitude effects their interactions and relationships,
-
how they might present and communicate themselves more authentically,
-
how to be more compassionate and understanding (empathy),
-
how to become a leader that cares about others successes as much as their own, and
-
how focusing on the positive turns the light inside of all of us into life (What plants do!).
Our wellness and leadership camp is much more than a horse camp, it's a life changing experience where campers will increase their physical and mental wellness and develop responsibility and respect for themselves, others, horses, and the world around them.
