July 12 - July 15, 2021 Summer Camp

Come join us this summer and develop horsemanship skills, experience all styles of riding (Bareback, English, and Western), learn how to communicate effectively with horses & peers, develop wellness and leadership skills to support you in achieving your goals and living a more fulfilling and engaged life.

Every day will be filled with games and activities that use horse-specific skills and experiences to develop a positive self image and a servant leadership mindset.

Campers will be introduced to techniques to grow their emotional intelligence including:

• increase emotional vocabulary to better express what they are feeling and thinking,
• developing a growth mindset and communication skills,
• learn to ask questions that generate curiosity and provide opportunities for exploration,
• build trust, self-control, self-regulation, and resilience,
• learn techniques to work more effectively as a team.

Caring for and riding horses provides a unique and fun environment for campers to develop awareness of:

• how their body language and attitude effects their interactions and relationships,
• how to better communicate more authentically,
• how to be more compassionate and understanding (empathy),
• how to cares about others successes as much as their own, and
• how to focus more on the positive turning the light inside of all of us into life (What plants do!).

Our wellness and leadership camp is much more than a horse camp, it's a life changing experience.  We've designed unique games & challenges that increase physical & mental wellness, develop communication & emotional intelligence skills, and provide opportunities to gain more responsibility & respect for themselves, others, horses, and the world around them.
